HRD uses United Parcel Services (UPS) for shipping products. Orders will be shipped no later than 5 days after being placed. Returns
HRD will not except used merchandise for refunds. Returns must be return no later than 30 days after purchase. HRD will not be responsible for shipping cost on return products. If you wish to return an unused product, please contact Scott@boatwinterize.com for further instructions.
